About Linelle Northcott Linelle Northcott, a coach and an athlete, amassing 15+ titles in World Masters Championships and Masters Nationals, she now has decided to pass along her knowledge to aspiring cyclists. Linelle coaches people and athletes of all levels and specializes in analyzing a person’s background, strengths, and interests to integrate training into their lives effectively. Taking life commitments into consideration, makes it critical that training goals are set over several time frames leading up to much bigger athletic and personal goals. Linelle is an advocates training with measurements, such as power meters, heart rate monitors and any measureable specific goals. She works closely with road cyclists, mountain bikers, cyclocross and trackies of all abilities to meet their objectives. She has extensive understanding of cross training for various disciplines. Cross training includes but is not limited to gym workouts, resistance training, indoor and out door training even hiking and running. Linelle resides in Northern California and coaches riders that reside all over the world. Doug specializes in Keirin, Madison and Kilo training and makes Hellyer Park Velodrome his second home other than their regular residence in Redwood City, CA. Doug also has been a long time user of the power meter (SRM) and analyzes his files with Cyclingpeaks software. He's available to coach athletes who want to train faithfully by power data.
